I've started a fork with manually/GPT generated types: https://github.com/infusion/node-dhcp/commit/7d811bd477b80e04da7df433d1c0f3c1ba665d97

Need to test it more but I think it's ready to be merged.

You should be able to test with npm install cinderblock/node-dhcp
