problem in storing pics....

i run this script in my localhost everything working fine,but when i shoot. the snap it is not store in my local directory...Help to solve the problem?,

i'm using xampp version Apache 2.2.21

MySQL 5.5.16 (Community Server)
PHP 5.3.8
