Jumpers Not rotating

Hello! the jumpers on nice_nano_pretty.js were not rotating relative to footprint. I added ${p.rot} to elements so that they are not skewed. Before update:  After adding ${p.rot}

When using the choc footprint and setting `reverse: false` there is still an outline for it on the silkscreen and the middle drill hole for the socket is missing.
