UI for adding a google provider link to docs that don't describe anything suggested by the link

Describe the bug

When setting up a google provider in the UI, there are 4 things that are collected. Apparently some are optional, but there is no indication in the docs which is linked to from that spot that there is anything that is optional. and there is an additional info link that links to the same spot that doesn’t describe the UI
