There doesn't seem to be an AWS API for retrieving Fargate spot prices. The https://aws.amazon.com/fargate/pricing/ page is pulling it from https://dftu77xade0tc.cloudfront.net/fargate-spot-prices.json, so maybe we can do the same. Please vote...
