"context of the domain of the ontology in which it is used" is too broad and impossible to predict. Terms will be adopted by other ontologies and other communities without intervention of initial authors.

Should something like this be desired, I suggest making explicit the community in which the term is an acceptable exact alternative term and annotating this axiom to indicate that.
