• ontology: An ontology is a document modeling knowledge of a domain in a logical way.
• mailing-list: A mailing list is a collection of names and addresses used by an individual or an organization to send material to multiple recipients.
• electronic mailing-list: An electronic mailing-list is a mailing-list which allows internet users whose address is subscribed to the electronic mailing-list to receive emails.
• issue tracker: An issue tracker is a system allowing for recording of issues and features requests for a project. It usually allows tracking through time of progress made toward resolution of each item or ticket.
