Datepicker: Week numbers not aligned

Describe the bug Combining the datepicker options showWeekNumber and firstDayOfWeek results to unaligned week number and dates. This happens when firstDayOfWeek is set to a day other than Sunday.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/ids-quick-start-1771-5qz2h7
2. Click on the datepicker icon
3. Go to June 2024
4. Observe that the week number is not aligned to its corresponding dates

Expected behavior Week number and its corresponding dates are aligned
