Buttons: Hard to see when using personalization on context forms.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /components/personalize/example-form-landmark.html?
2. Edit HTML file, add buttons with btn-primary and btn-secondary classes
3. Switch theme to personalization color.
4. See issue with buttons (screenshot attached)

Expected behavior Buttons should have a different background/font color when they are in the context of personalization.
