Sink Page: Slider tooltip looks off in Responsive / Mobile view

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://4950-beta0-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/?theme=new&mode=dark&colors=default
2. Scroll down to Slider section
3. Switch to Mobile / Responsive view

Expected behavior Tooltip should be responsive
