Describe the bug Swaplist: Options are not sorted properly after swapping to other column

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/swaplist/example-index.html
2. Swap Option I to first row in Selected column
3. Notice that it is sorted on the second row

Expected behavior Should be placed or sorted on the first column

@janahintal ~ I'm not 100% following this one. When i drag it i seem to be able to drag it in any order. When i press the button it goes to the bottom. Think maybe this is working correctly?
