ModuleNav: Make Search Functionality Show Child Items when root is found

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When the user input a word and the search component founds it, if the result it's a parent item then the user won't be able to expand it and look at the children. This doesn't happen if the word is a child item.

Describe the solution you'd like Being able to expand (if possible) all the results.

Additional context Behavior can be reproduced in: https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/module-nav/example-six-levels.html -Type Level 1 on the search section -Result is given but the user can't expand it. If the user only expands the Level 1 section, it will show that it has children items
