To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://main-enterprise.demo.design.infor.com/components/datagrid/example-row-reorder.html?theme=new&mode=contrast&colors=003876
2. Switch to responsive view / minimize the browser
3. Hover & Hold the reorder button or the vertical '...'

Expected behavior Grids should be aligned
