Card Variant: Builder Cards

We need a new card variant for for builder applications across the company. This card would be be used in drag and drop scenarios where users are dragging IDS elements into a canvas space to quickly build a UI.

Hard requirements for this variant:

  1. Place an icon and label as shown in the Figma
  2. Set the background color
  3. Set the border color with states (hover, click, focus, etc.)
  4. Standard hover/click/focus states. Borders can be dropped in certain states with borderless variable.
  5. Set a custom card width
  6. Use a new, standard drag state OR override
  7. Set the size of the drag state card
  8. Set the background of the drag state card
