Describe the bug Virtual Scroll: Page Up using key press is not working

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://main.wc.design.infor.com/ids-virtual-scroll/example.html
2. Test both Cards using keypress Page Down and Page Up

Expected behavior Should both work on PageUp and PageDown
