Describe the bug soho-busyindicator has it's own slight delay when showing

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior soho-busyindicator shows without delay

Try setting it to 1 instead of 0 (1ms) i think if you do zero the logic is setting it to false so goes back to 1000ms
