[Bug]: The arrow is not shown next to the focused result when continuous scrolling is activated

What happened?

An arrow is shown next to the focused result on the first page of Google results, but as soon as any result from the newly loaded pages is focused, the arrow disappears.

Pressing the Enter key navigates to the URL of the result, so the result is correctly selected, but no arrow is shown.

Going back up to the results of the first page causes the arrow to appear again.

Closing the issue since Google dropped this feature.

There are older feature requests or bug reports that led to enabling support for continuous scrolling. I am not sure if you would like to keep those pieces of code in the extension.
