General Cleanup

This is kind of a vague, general clean up ticket. There are no clear metrics to go after, really, but there are some definite things we could fix:

  • Repeated sections of code should be refactored out
  • Fix all Richelieu/Coverity bugs

As I proposed on IRC, we could get rid of ol_unjar and replace it with ol_unjar_ds
