Using the actual Gorm package

What is the reason for using github.com/jinzhu/gorm and not using gorm.io/gorm and can this be corrected or make it an option if one chooses to use a different gorm fork?

@jenmud you can use my fork if you want (https://github.com/wk8/protoc-gen-gorm). I'll make it a PR on here when/if they review & merge https://github.com/infobloxopen/atlas-app-toolkit/pull/304 (that's needed to upgrade gorm on this repo)
