Can this be added to a Bitbucket cloud account (https://bitbucket.org)?

If so, how? (Update readme)

If not, is it possible, and (when) can we make it happen? :)

I'm not sure. On https://bitbucket.org/account/user/{accountName}/addon-management addon can be added from an URL or by exploring addon-directory. I've talked with @mstipanov about publishing JVG to Bitbucket Marketplace and we'll probably do it at some point in the future. I'm not sure if it'll be available on addon directory in Bitbucket Cloud then.

Without publishing, it might also be possible to create the descriptor manually. Details about descriptor can be found here.
