Add tests for axibase

They performed test, but to older InfluxDB, before the change to TSM. In my setup (lots of collectd metrics) the changefrom BZ1 to TSM reduced disk usage by ~80%.

It would be good to have fresh tests with the latest InfluxDB version. ATSD is going to enterprise world as I can see so showing InfluxDB more efficiency than ATSD can help to sell InfluxEnterprise better.

The test scripts are on the axibase.com webpage and it won't take long to make another test case.
