Creating influx database fails in init script

When defining INFLUXDB_DB the CREATE DATABASE query fails, because the database name isn't properly quoted.

Hi, what version were you using. Using 1.8 of InfluxDB I do not receive any errors creating the database using the environment variable $INFLUXDB_DB.
