Proposal: Exponential Gauge visualization

Current behavior: Only linear gauge available right now

Desired behavior: Something like this image

Use case: Guage to visualize data with wide range but rarely attains higher values

I'm moving this to the ui repository since OSS is now using the UI from there, so any changes will need to come from that direction. Thanks for the suggestion!
