Argument value completion is ignored for next argument key

When completing from(bucket:, the lsp currently shows the following:

I'm not sure why it's showing the same arguments so many times, but it's also showing completions for the wrong thing: it's trying to suggest completing on the next argument key, not the value of the current argument.
