URLs end up being the same for InfluxDB OSS URLs and InfluxDB Cloud regions in the FLUX vs code extension doc

Describe the issue here. When you click in the InfluxDB OSS URLs link you end up in the same page as the InfluxDB Cloud regions link (the first one looks like it redirects to the second one.

  • Provide other relevant URLs (project issues, community threads, etc.)
