EPIC: Separate "Disabled" from ComponentStatus

ComponentStatus seems more like a mirror of RemoteDataState, which doesn't have any concept of "disabled".

We have some components that have a separate disabled prop as a boolean, which seems to mesh nicely with what's in ComponentStatus

Proposal:

  • Go through all the components that use ComponentStatus and add a separate disabled prop
  • Remove Disabled from ComponentStatus

Keep backwards compatibility by leaving disabled on for now . or explore breaking change.
