This would be great to have in the library, is there a way I can help get this merged?

Hey @Sarsoo, I don't have time to maintain this library any more. If the checks were passing, I'd be tempted to merge it. If you can create a PR based off this PR, that fixes the failing CI check, I'll make some time to push it out for a release. Cheers!
