Socket.IO Reconnecting issue fixed with downgrading version Java Sock…

Java Socket.IO library v1.0.0 is not working in Android, the connection is always reconnecting. This issue was not in v0.8.3 socket client. This library is downgraded from this plugin. It works fine now.

This dependency can be upgraded when this bug is fixed from Java Socket.IO client-side.

@tiholic You referred to the Socket Node server, but the bug is in Java Socket.IO client library which is used here to implement in Android.

This issue raised from the above client library.

As per the official tutorial on implementing Socket for Android, they used version v0.8.3. I tried with the NodeJS server and Flask Socket.IO.
