Roadmap/Discussion for web support

Are there any ideas floating around to support web / upcoming desktop clients?

Complexity to support would be good to know as well.

@MichealReed Haven't given it much of a thought till now, but surely will be expanding support for other platforms.

I'm looking for contributors, let know if yourself or anyone is interested.
