Tracking: Release Fluvio package for Homebrew and Debian

We should provide an easy way to get a Fluvio cluster set up. For now, we need to support

  • MacOS (hosted on Homebrew)
  • Debian (release a dpkg as part of GH release)

These packages will install k8(kind/k3d) and helm as dependencies.

This should be integrated into CI/release
