Pimoroni Inky pHAT

Would it be possible to implement the Pimoroni Inky pHAT libraries into Bjorn?

I'm new to the world of e-ink displays & it looks like this one is a Solomon Systech SSD1608.

Is that display fast enough for Bjorn?
