Add new configuration options for delays

Hi,

First of all thank you for creating such a fun project! I'd like to have the ability to tweak as much as possible the frequencies of the screen updates. There are already a lot of delay-related config options but I've noticed that a couple of delays are hard-coded and thought it would be nice to make them configurable as well.
