Light theme for desktop

Hi, it would be great to support theming.

I've found issues from 2017/18 that requested light theme but I don't see the option in the tool nor the docs.

It would be great to be able to toggle between light and dark theme. In many scenario including for people with some visual impairment the dark theme is not usable.

I found a workaround for the less contrasty fonts. Open 'View', then 'Toggle Developer Tools', and change the font styles to suit your needs.
