Remove apisauce

Description

Remove apisauce from the project since we don't really maintain it anymore, nor use it on client projects

How

Replace it with straight axios/fetch/expo-fetch calls or adopt TanStack Query into the project since it is commonly used on IR projects now. Let's vote on it in Slack

@BoumouzounaBrahimVall hey thanks for the interest. We have not yet determined if that's what we want, but we would welcome an Ignore Cookbook recipe doing the same if you want!

Thanks for the guidance! I went ahead and added an Ignite Cookbook recipe for migrating from Apisauce to Axios . It covers optional logging/retry interceptors as toggles and a compat mode to mimic Apisauce’s response.ok. here is the PR — cc @frankcalise 🙌
