[Enhancement] v10 - Remove Expo Go compatibility

Overview

  • Remove Expo Go compatibility in favor of CNG workflow
  • Make CNG the default (only?) experience (bare is just a gitignore change to allow ios/android dirs to be checked in)
  • Add Cookbook recipe to revert back to Expo Go
