Gem naming

Including ProMotion in the name of the gem makes it seem like this library requires using ProMotion, when it really can be used in any RubyMotion app.

It's just ProMotion-inspired, right?

Hey @zmillman ! Yeah, I debated back and forth on this decision a few times. The main thing is that I'm really targeting this library at ProMotion developers, despite it not technically requiring ProMotion. So it fits with the overall vision of ProMotion and belongs to the ecosystem.

I understand how this can be confusing, though. We should probably update the README to more prominently say that it doesn't technically require ProMotion.
