[Feature Request]: Supporting linking multiple files to knowledge bases

Describe the feature you'd like

In File Management, we can only link files to knowledge bases one by one. It is not convenient when we have multiple files to link. Also note that one can upload folder of files to a knowledge base. If we recommend uploading files to File Management before linking them to knowledge bases, we must make this process more convenient.
