[Question]: why always `nothing found in knowledge base` ?

明明解析的知识块里面有相关数据 为什么一直说 知识库中未找到您要的答案! 数据集也有关联上了
The system says "the knowledge base could not find the answer you want" because the prompt in the customer_service.json file is designed to include this sentence when all knowledge base content is irrelevant to the question. This behavior is explicitly defined in the prompt configuration [1].

我今天刚更新的最新版本,但是在知识库中的检索检测中能搜索出分块,但是在助手聊天中就查询不到问题,奇怪。之前的v0.17.2 full版本是可以的,后面经常更新夜间版本后现在不行了,我切换回v0.17.2 也不行了,无语了,现在正把所有都删除重新来一次,不行就没办法,只能等作者解决了
