[Feature Request]: bulk start parsing document, add whether reuse previous chunks confirmation popup

Is your feature request related to a problem?

when I start 100 file parsing using bulk operation and cancel the parsing
next time when I start the parsing again using bulk action, I do not want to use the previous chunks since they or not complete 
for single file resume action ,there is an confirmation popup, but not for bulk action
