How can team members share knowledge bases, chats, and agents? Why can't team members view the resources created by the administrator? How should it be configured? Otherwise, what is the purpose of the team module?
Hiya, RAGFlow's open-source version only allows your team members to access and share your knowledge base. Chats and agents cannot be shared.
A team member can view knowledge bases created by the administrator (the team owner).
Got it, thanks for the reply. Do you have any plans to support this in the future? Currently, team members need to configure models, knowledge bases, and Agents by themselves, which is quite cumbersome.
Hate to say it, as far as I know, complicated team sharing logic will only be supported in the Enterprise edition. But team members can configure knowledge bases with the open-source edition. If it's not the case, you could file an issue with us.
