[Feature Request]: Expand Model Support and Enable Custom Model Configuration on SiliconFlow API

We would like to request improvements in SiliconFlow API's model support capabilities:

1.Missing Model Functionality

Some existing models lack full functionality (e.g., the Deepseek model currently doesn't support chat capabilities).

2.Limited Model Access

Even when models are available on Silicon Cloud (e.g., the pro version of bge-m3 for embeddings), users cannot freely select and configure these models through the API.

Requested Improvements:

• Add support for more models available on Silicon Cloud
• Enable custom model configuration options for users
• Implement proper functionality for existing model types (e.g., enable chat capability for Deepseek)
• Allow usage of pro/premium model variants (e.g., pro/bge-m3)
