[Question]: "Task is queued" for a long time.

Describe your problem

I saw there was a solution to MacOS when faced with "Task is queued." However, I use Linux and Windows, with embedding model and chat model through api, also run into "Task is queued." And I find that every time I reboot, it won't happen at first, but will happen if parse again.

Task is queued. means no task executor recieves the task yet. The task executor may be bussy on the last task or it's down for maybe out of memory issues.
