[Bug]: Unable to create API Key after deploying with Helm

Actual behavior

I've deployed the app using Helm Chart on my environment however I'm seeing this error when I try to create an API key:

Expected to create an API key.

Steps to reproduce

API->API KEY-> Create New Key

Additional information

MySQL is running fine any idea where it could go wrong?
