Do you use docker to deploy? Do install java.

I re-uploaded the doc file today, and the background print log did prompt "unable to" run java. Specifically, which version of java is installed, which path is installed and where java_home is configured. Thanks 企业微信截图_17313774504462

I think version 1.8 will be O.K. As long as you could execute java, it will be fine.
