As long as one person on the team builds the knowledge base, others can use it directly to avoid duplication of work

It would be best if the owner can set writable permissions.

Team will share the keys with members. once a key is configured, the team members will use it directly, not need to do config them self. That would be nice.

We would like to create a multi-tenant setup:

• to be able to create a company with user groups and users assigned to it.
• Admin group can edit knowledgebases, agents and so forth for the company.
• Users in a group can have access to specific Agents
• superadmin can create resources and assign them to companies
• knowlagebase can be shared between groups and between companies by superuser

Wondering how different your vision of this feature is and how far into development are you?

Also if you can advise on best way of implementing it, we are happy to contribute to the project and this is something we are going to work on right away.

Thanks for elaberating on your requirements. Question: Supper user can share KB from company A to company B, does it need authorization agreement?

We've implemented basic team management in the open-source version, and full team permission control is available in the commercial version 🔐. If your use case requires advanced access management, feel free to reach out to the RAGFLOW Assistant for commercial-level support.
