[Question]: Why are files of doc, ppt, xls and other types not supported?

When I parsed files of doc, ppt, xls and other types, an error parsing failure occurred.

There must be other errors. RAGFlow supports all these type of files.

When I uploaded ppt type files on the test website（https://demo.ragflow.io/knowledge）, the following error was reported.

Possibly caused by PPT version. What about using 'save as ...' to restore it, then upload it?
