I found the same problem。 After saving the Agent, I clicked on the API, which had a web preview, but after I entered the question, the interface would crash. However, if I asked the question directly in "Run," I would normally receive an answer. In the web preview interface, after I input the question, I see the words "Searching" flash by,, then it returns to the appearance of the interface I just entered.
