[Bug]: can't remove empty folder in File Management

Actual behavior

After I deleting the database in Knowledge Base ，I can not remove empty folder in File Management.

Expected behavior

No response

Steps to reproduce

1，delete the datebase in Knowledge Base 
2，go into the File Management
3，try to select empty folder ， can't selected.

Files uploaded from knowledgebase can not be removed from file manager.

Not Files. I mean the empty folder what can't be removed.
