[Question]: Is there any UI that I can view and manage the database?

Describe your problem

I would like to view chunks / manage the database like other databases. Like milvus they got ottu, postgresql got pgAdmin etc.

There is a simple UI: https://github.com/infiniflow/infinity/tree/main/gui

But it is still under development.
