how to disabled ipv6? I have bind interface and set listen-address,but I find AAAA queries in the log all the same.

How about try the latest dnsmasq from upstream? The upstream dnsmasq has a --filter-AAAA option. Recent version of dnsmasq also improved efficiency on large list.
